They are one of the most talked about love birds in the music industry and according to a recent report on CityPeople magazine, Tiwa Savage revealed how she and hubby Teebillz met, fell in love and are married today.

• How they met:

I met Tee Billz in Los Angeles, at Timaya’s concert actually and I was at that time looking for a manager and he didn’t listen to my cd unfortunately. So when I saw him, I was a bit angry , I was like I dropped my songs  a few weeks ago and am the next big thing and you are missing out  and he was like wow calm down ,who are you? And then funny enough the next thing he said was, I am going to marry you.

• On how he finally proposed years later, Tiwa said:

We had actually come back from Dubai a few days earlier and spent  a week there. I actually thought he was going to propose to me there. I was hoping he would propose while we were in Dubai, so day 1, day 2 day 3 all the way to the 7th day and nothing happened. I was a bit disappointed and was worried like ”Oh My God, is he ever going to propose?”

But a few days later, on my birthday, he said to me he thinks we should go out with some friends so I was like hell no, I don’t want to go anywhere, I want to be at home, I want to reflect on my life (laughs). So my friend Elohor called me and said every body is waiting for you, just come out so I finally did then it happened.

He went on his knees and I didn’t even wait to hear what he was saying  because every body was screaming so much. I don’t even know if he actually asked me to marry him but I just screamed yes (laughs) I actually want to thank him specially because he has been a blessing to me

Breaking News!! Rick Ross Arrested in North Carolina

Rapper Rick Ross was arrested last night (June 27) in Greenboro, N.C., following his performance at the 2014 SuperJam at the Greensboro Coliseum. The arrest stemmed from a year-old warrant for another North Carolina arrest related to marijuana possession; Ross reportedly failed to appear in court for that violation in 2013. 

TMZ reports that Ross cooperated with local police, posted bail and has now been released.

At the Murtala Mohammed International Airport last Monday, Saturday Beats watched how Tiwa descended on a member of staff of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company who she said was “rude” to her.
The Eminado crooner, looking chic in her black and white ensemble, was seen arguing and quarrelling with the NAHCO staff and her action drew a little crowd.
The NAHCO lady was unfazed by Tiwa’s fame and didn’t allow her to intimidate her as she told the people around that she wasn’t rude to Tiwa.
“I was not rude to her. I only told her to go and board since she had checked in her luggage. I wonder how that could mean that I was rude to her,” Saturday Beats overheard the NAHCO staff saying.
Not giving the lady another look, Tiwa eventually entered the boarding gate alongside her colleagues.
Tiwa and some other Nigerian artistes, Saturday Beats gathered, were on their way to Mauritius on board an Emirate flight.
Recall that it was reported few months ago that the singer had an encounter with a policeman and she allegedly removed his beret from his head.

This is indeed cheering news for family, friends and fans of the late gospel music star, Irikefee Obarike, famously known as Kefee as report reaching us indicates that the remains of the Branama Queen would soon arrive the country as the executive governor of Delta State, Emmanuel Uduaghan has settled all the bills she accumulated at the hospital in the United States.

The news of Uduaghan’s intervention came as a surprise to many, as many had seen the politician and the late singer as enemies. It was believed that Kefee campaigned against the re-election of the Governor and went as far as recording a jingle for opposition Guber candidate, Great Ogboru in 2011.

Earlier, Nigerian community in Las Vegas had issued a statement, appealing for the release of the body of the late singer. A statement signed by its president, Mr Festus Ebonka, said, “we appeal to Nigerians to help take her remains back home. Lots of protocols here and there to follow. It’s not a simple process. Her husband is devastated and not ready to speak yet.

Kefee died on June 13 from lungs failure after 15 days in coma at Desert Spring Hospital, Las Vegas.

But to be candid I think DeeVee producer of Tonto Dikeh’s Sugar Rush tried replicating Don Jazzy’s Dorobucci instrumentals. The two songs have similar blend, flow and rhythm if you listen carefully. Try listening to Sugar Rush and singing Mavin’s Dorobucci lyrics to it to see how it sounds like you are singing to Dorobucci’s instrumentals itself.

Don Jazzy has said he doesn’t think the two songs sound alike in anyway. But for me I think aside the artistes’ delivery on the two songs they sound exactly the same.

Soul singer and songwriter Bobby Womack, who penned hits for many of the greatest musicians of the 20th Century, has died at the age of 70. The cause of his death was not announced, but Womack had suffered from cancer and Alzheimer's disease and also battled with drug addiction.

His hits included, It's All Over Now which was performed by the Rolling Stones, and Lookin' for Love.

People have different ways of interpreting their roles. I do not condemn it.
As an art, you are free to interpret it if you are comfortable with it. But I am not comfortable with it and I will not do it.
So Queen, if you cannot do it, why do you think it should be accepted?
